Julian is Foreman for Leal Construction. He has been working for Leal Construction for almost 15 years and works tirelessly to complete jobs. He offers an array of carpentry, concrete & construction related experience to the team.

Joe is President of the company. He started Leal Construction in 1985 and together with his son Danny have grown the business into what it is today.
Joe currently estimates and even though he's trying to retire, we find him on the job sites continuing to offer his construction experience to efficiently complete jobs.

Danny is Vice President of the company. He has been working with his Dad Joe at Leal Construction since it's inception in 1985. Danny operates the boom truck, estimates and is an active leader concrete forming on all of the job sites.
